Andrew has 30 years of institutional capital markets experience. He started his career working as a market-maker on Wall Street, running deal books in fixed-income derivatives and structured credit at Drexel Burnham and Greenwich Capital Markets. After running a prop trading book at Bankers Trust, he founded his first hedge fund, Rubicon Capital Management. In 2000, Andrew founded Longitude, an early Fintech company, and invented innovative derivatives markets based upon proprietary market structures. Subsequently, he took Longitude and partnered with Goldman, Deutsche, and the NYMEX, amongst others.

Charles has 40 years of experience building software products, teams and companies. A veteran of 10+ technology startups, two of which he built from inception to IPO. His career highlights include Dialogic, a company at which he created the initial product and built the team to 150+ engineers while revenue went from 0 to $200M annually. Then came Mail.com, where he built one of the three largest consumer-facing email companies. Later at Longitude, with fellow founder Andrew Lawrence, Charles created groundbreaking algorithms for multilateral order matching and a web-based derivatives trading platform.

In service of his customers, Ray has been at the forefront of innovation in the global foreign exchange markets for well over a decade. As Global Head of FX ecommerce at Goldman Sachs, he led the transformation of foreign exchange markets from voice to electronic. At Faros Trading he founded one of the first institutional non-bank brokerage firms and pioneered a new business model that specialized in providing superior liquidity to end-user clients. And as Global Head of FX at Jefferies, he supervised the most recent market transition to algorithmic and machine trading. Ray is now turning his attention to perhaps the most significant market event of his lifetime. Cryptocurrency.
